In practice, the procedures for evaluating antimonopoly legislation, managing the risk of loss of business reputation are no less, and perhaps even more closely related to the analysis of counterparty credit risks and compliance risks, because require verification of the existence of beneficiaries in lists of sanctions and anti-corruption lists.
