dc.description.abstract	The rule of GDP change influence on the investment inflows into the country’s economy for transition-economy countries has been found. The method for forecasting the innovational and scientific-technological development of a country, based on consequent use of simulation model of innovational and scientific-technological development of a country and of the method of forecasting the investment inflows into economy has been developed. The method was tested on the Ukrainian statistical data for 2000-2004.	en
