Оцінка впливу метрологічного та діагностичного забезпечення на технічне обслуговування за станом засобів зв'язку

Abstract

Мета статті – кількісна оцінка впливу якості метрологічного та діагностичного забезпечення на формування послідовності і обмеження кількості перевірок при технічному обслуговуванні за станом складних радіоелектронних комплексів, включаючи сучасні засоби зв’язку з цифровою обробкою інформації. В результаті аналізу існуючої системи технічного обслуговування встановлено переваги обслуговування виробів за станом. При цьому для визначення послідовності перевірок не в повній мірі враховують властивості метрологічного і діагностичного забезпечення. Результати дослідження. У статті вперше розглянуто і отримано кількісну оцінку впливу метрологічного та діагностичного забезпечення на показники якості технічного обслуговування засобів зв’язку. Показано, що найбільший вплив на час виконання технічного обслуговування та ймовірність визначення при цьому технічного стану виробів оказує діагностичне забезпечення робіт з використанням сучасного метрологічного забезпечення. Також показано, що на значення показників якості технічного обслуговування значно впливають підготовка фахівців та технологічне оснащення ремонтного органу, вміння виконавців в повному обсязі використовувати можливості сучасних засобів вимірювальної техніки. Висновок. Отримані результати доцільно використовувати при удосконаленні існуючих або створення нових інструкцій технічного обслуговування за станом перспективних засобів зв’язку або інших складних виробів радіоелектронних систем.

The purpose of the article is to quantify the impact of the quality of metrological and diagnostic software on the formation of the sequence and limit the number of inspections during maintenance of complex electronic systems, including modern means of communication with digital information processing. As a result of the analysis of the existing system of maintenance the advantages of service of products on a condition are established. In this case, to determine the sequence of inspections do not fully take into account the properties of metrological and diagnostic software. Results of the research. In the article the quantitative estimation of influence of the metrology and diagnostic providing is first considered and got on the indexes of quality of technical maintenance of communication means. It is shown that most influence in a time of implementation of technical service and probability of determination here of the technical state render the diagnostic providing of works with the use of the modern metrology providing. It is also shown that on the value of indexes of quality of technical service preparation of specialists and technological equipment of repair organ influence substantially, abilities of performers in full to use possibilities of modern facilities of measuring technique. Conclusion. The got results it is expedient to draw on at the improvement of existing or creation of new instructions of technical service on the state perspective communication or other difficult wares of the radio electronic systems means.
