Abstract
Рассмотрены основные факторы, определяющие уровень конкурентоспособности промышленного предприятия. Доказана решающая роль менеджмента персонала в формировании конкурентной позиции предприятия и его продукции. Сформированы предложения по управлению уровнем конкурентоспособности предприятия.
Basic factors determining the level of competitiveness of industrial enterprise are considered. The deciding role of management of personnel in forming of competition position of enterprise and his products is proved. Suggestions on the management by the level of competitiveness of enterprise are formed.
