Problems and prospects of development of space tourism

Abstract

It has been proven that space tourism is an unusual tourism that allows a tourist or a group of tourists to get into the Earth's orbit and into space. Permits for space tourism are issued by national authorities in accordance with the relevant legal provisions of space law. There are certain important legislative requirements, conditions and restrictions that a qualified space system must meet, which is also relevant for Ukraine, especially regarding the development of space tourism infrastructure.
