Структурні компоненти лідерської компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з менеджменту

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано поняття лідерської компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з менеджменту, яка складається із таких структурних компонентів: когнітивного, інтегративно-діяльнісного та особистісного. Розкрито зміст кожного з компонентів.

The article describes the concept of leadership competency of future bachelors in management, which consists of the following structural components: cognitive, integrative, activity and personality. The content of each component is disclosed. Cognitive component – a system of knowledge that a student must possess to be a leader in the process of studying at a university and in future professional activities; Integrative-activity component – the system of organizational and communicative skills that provide students with the ability to integrate the activities of the group as a single team; personal component – a complex of leadership features and qualities needed for successful senior managers.
