Определение экономического эффекта транснациональных проектов

Abstract

Разработаны методы оценки эффективности национальных и транснациональных инновационных проектов с учетом затрат на их приспособление к местным условиям. Предложены способы расчета величины эффекта при собственной разработке и реализации запатентованной продукции, а также при покупке лицензий извне. Даны рекомендации по определению доли эффекта при совместной разработке международных проектов.The methods for evaluating the efficiency of national and transnational innovative projects taking into account the expenses involved in their adaptation to local conditions are developed. The ways of calculating the value of the effect are developed when proprietary development and implementation of patented products, as well as when exogenous purchasing the licenses. Provided recommendations on the definition of the effect portion under joint development of international projects.
