Abstract

Розглянуто процес вивчення та формування лідерських якостей у ХХ столітті; розглянуті та проаналізовані сучасні підходи стосовно лідерських якостей студентів; проаналізована необхідність наявності лідерських якостей у майбутніх психологів; розглянуті методи формування лідерських якостей у майбутніх психологів під час навчання у вищому навальному закладі.

There was discussed a process of examination and formation of leadership skills in XX-XXI centuries; examined and analyzed the modern concepts concerning leadership skills of the students; analyzed the necessity of the presence of leadership skills of future Psychologists; there were examined the ways of formation of leadership skills of future Psychologists during education at the Higher Educational Establishment.
