Від 1995 року кафедра мала назву "Економіка і маркетинг", первісна назва – кафедра економки і організації машинобудівної промисловості, була заснована в 1984 році. Від дня заснування кафедри нею завідував доктор економічних наук, професор Анатолій Іванович Яковлєв. Йому присвоєно почесне звання Заслуженого працівника народної освіти України та обрано Академіком Академії інженерних наук України. Ім'я Яковлєва А. І. внесено до біографічного словника "Видатні люди ХХ століття" Міжнародного бібліографічного центру в м. Кембрідж.

Particular attention is paid to the social and cultural consequences of marketing propaganda, information operations and wars. The purpose of the article is to analyse the common and distinctive features of propaganda, PR and information warfare.Публікація Assessment of patent value using its citation index(2022) Pererva, P. G.; Kobielieva, Tetiana; Kosenko, OleksandraUsing the example of patents, the issue of assessing the value of intellectual property objects is highlighted, taking into account the indicator (index) of their citations in scientific literature. A study of the types of patent citations was conducted, to which the authors include citations from an article to a patent, from a patent to a patent, from a patent to an article. It is proposed to use criteria for classification of patent citations using two indicators. Firstly, taking into account the scope of use of the citation - whether in the field of scientific action of the patent or beyond it, and secondly, taking into account the subject of citation - the citation is carried out by another patent owner or self-citation is carried out by the owner of this patent. Peculiarities of patent citation in comparison with methods of traditional citation of scientific works are revealed. For the first time, special attention is paid to the nature of the citation itself: positive or negative. It is substantiated that taking into account in the calculation of the citation index quotes with a negative content contributes to the decline of scientific discussion, since the mention of opponents in ranking articles directly affects the value of their citation index, which does not always objectively reproduce the actual scientific merits of one or another scientist.Публікація Evaluating the effectiveness of social media marketing(2022) Kosenko, Oleksandra; Peredrii, Andrea Elizabeth Yuriivna; Pererva, P. O.; Dolyna, I.; Matrosova, V.; Kolotiuk, O.Enterprise innovation activity supposes coordinated technical and business processes of decision-making and its performance required for successful transformation of new product or service from concept to market. The purpose of this study is to develop valuation methods of innovative technology market potential and prospects of their introduction into the production enterprise activity. In order to achieve this goal, we used brand new evaluation tool, this is technology audit conception, application of which increased significantly the accuracy and reliability of technology market potential evaluation. Clarification of terminological essence of technological audit allowed the authors to discover the content of technology audit components required for the market research and thereupon to develop evaluation mechanism for innovative technology market potential using technology audit. This mechanism is built on structure evaluation table of technology market potential level detection as an object of commercialization. To ensure the efficiency of practical effect of the mechanism proposed, the authors systematized and completed methods of functional analysis and scanning of market environment for the purpose of qualitative comprehensive evaluation and innovative technology market potential forecasting. M.The article gives a scientific analysis of the term «compliance» is used to denote the continuous efforts of the organization to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, regulations and rules applicable to its activities, including its own internal corporate policies and procedures. For many years compliance was of great significance only in industries that have traditionally heavily regulated, such as healthcare and financial services. However, after the entry into force of the anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine in all industries have been regulated tightly enough, and for each legal entity (or unit) there was a need for tight monitoring of compliance with industrial enterprises of the countless existing laws, rules and regulations. Ultimately, the essence of a robust compliance program is not only to avoid investigation, but for the most part in the formation of the ethical environment in which business can thrive.
