Від 2021 року кафедра перейменована та має назву "Підприємництво, торгівля i логістика" (Наказ 552 ОД від 26.11.2021 року), попередня назва – "Підприємництво, торгівля та експертиза товарів", первісна – кафедра комерційної, торговельної та підприємницької діяльності.

Кафедра комерційної, торговельної та підприємницької діяльності заснована в 2017 році.

Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту економіки, менеджменту і міжнародного бізнесу Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут". Викладачі кафедри є членами Харківського осередку Українського товариства товарознавців і технологів (УТТТ), що входить до Міжнародній асоціації товарознавства, інновацій та сталого розвитку (International Association of Commodity Science, Innovation and Sustainability) IACSIS.

У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють: 3 доктора наук: 2 – економічних, 1 – технічних; 7 кандидатів наук: 4 –економічних, 3 – технічних; 3 співробітника мають звання професора, 6 – доцента.

    Comparative analysis of the stock market for trading goods of companies in different sectors as a factor in the development of retail and product promotion

    Retail occupies special attention in the process of formation and development of economic relationships between various business entities. For these purposes, it is advisable to study the dynamics of shares of individual trading companies in the context of various sectors of the economy. Based on this, the work examines the initial data for such companies, and also analyzes their mutual dynamics. The work presents a variety of graphs and diagrams that allow you to understand the progress of the study and evaluate the results obtained.

    Dynamics of the relationship between the main stock indices in the context of changes in external factors

    Economic development presupposes the sustainable functioning of all structural elements, among which due attention is given to the stock market. This market allows us to understand the dynamics of the supply/demand relationship, redistribute resources between various business entities, and act as a platform for investment. To implement such tasks, an analysis of the dynamics of quotes for the corresponding shares or their group, which make up various stock indices, is used. Based on this, the work analyzed the dynamics of quotes for the main stock indices. For these purposes, the features of each of the considered indices are considered separately. The paper also provides an assessment of the mutual dynamics for some pairs of major stock indices. This analysis is made on the basis of constructing estimates of wavelet coherence. This approach allows us to justify possible investment strategies and the timing of entry into the corresponding segment of the stock market. The results of the study are presented in the form of graphs and diagrams. This helps to understand the progress of the study and evaluate the results obtained.

    Startups are a new form of implementing various business ideas. This form of business organization allows you to quickly and efficiently find the necessary solutions for a number of different problems and implement business ideas in the shortest possible time. However, this is a risky business that requires significant financial resources. One source of such resources may be the stock market. The cryptocurrency market and the energy market attract particular attention in this matter. Therefore, it is important to know the best times to enter these markets. Moreover, such markets can be potential consumers of startup services. Based on this, analyzing the relationship between Bitcoin dynamics and energy futures quotes is a promising area of research. The paper presents the dynamics of quotes for Bitcoin and energy futures. An analysis of their mutual dynamics is carried out. The results are presented in the form of separate graphs and diagrams. This helps to understand the progress of this study

    The stock market plays an important role in the functioning of individual business entities and the development of the financial market as a whole. To understand such dynamics, an important aspect is to study quotes for futures, indices and stocks. Based on this, the paper examines various aspects of conducting a comparative analysis of data on futures for the Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices. We consider simple aspects of statistical analysis, as well as the mutual dynamics of such indicators. For these purposes, the methodology for estimating wavelet coherence is used. The paper presents graphical estimates of such characteristics. This helps to understand the results obtained.
