    The role of psychological knowledge in marketing communications

    The article highlights the peculiarities of implementing the results of psychological research for the development of marketing. It is also analyzed that psychological knowledge has a direct impact on the effectiveness of marketing communications and advertising. The basic principles on which the use of triggers in marketing communications is based are defined. The article contains the author’s own interpretation of the directions of development of the marketing psychologist’s activity in modern conditions.
