Анотація
Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню доцільності впровадження аутсорсингу у виробничу діяльність промислових підприємств. Проаналізовано основні мотиви компаній щодо прийняття рішення про залучення зовнішніх виконавців та передачу їх певних виробничих функцій. На підставі використання математичного інструментарію теорії ігор, зокрема безкоаліційної ієрархічної біматричної гри "принципал – агент", запропоновано механізм визначення нормативу витрат на аутсорсинг. Це дасть змогу промисловому підприємству вибрати найефективнішого постачальника аутсорсингових послуг. Доведено, що планування витрат за визначених норм рентабельності та очікуваного прибутку від реалізації виробничої продукції дасть можливість підсилити конкурентні переваги підприємства на ринку.
The article is devoted to substantiating the advisability of introducing outsourcing into the production activities of industrial enterprises. Modern economic development is characterized by a high degree of instability. The implementation of new technologies, innovations in production activities, computerization and other reasons require from the company's management mobility of decision making in the face of changing realities. Under these conditions, the problem of finding new and improved mechanisms for conducting production activities is becoming increasingly important. One of the most effective innovations which can significantly reduce the production costs and improve the enterprise competitiveness is the industrial outsourcing. The main motives of companies in deciding on attracting external executives and the transfer to them the certain production functions have been analyzed in the article. It will allow the company to focus on its main functions and will free it from unnecessary costs for the purchase and maintenance of the expensive equipment and attracting qualified workers to service auxiliary production processes. The determining mechanism of outsourcing costs standard, which is based on using the mathematical tools of game theory, in particular, the non-coalitional hierarchical bimatrix game "principal-agent", have been proposed. Planning costs in current conditions will allow an industrial enterprise to choose the most efficient provider of outsourcing services, at the same time maintaining the profitability planned level and the expected profits from the industrial goods production. The determining of standard costs size reflects the necessity of outsourcing implementation and the enterprise competitive advantages amplification at the market have been proved.
