Анотація
Запропоновано узагальнену класифікацію методів комерціалізації інновацій організаціями-інноваторами, яка доповнює існуючі класифікації ознаками: за етапами інноваційного і життєвого циклу товарної інновації, що їх охоплює організаціяінноватор; за напрямами інноваційного розвитку і відповідними їм інноваційними стратегіями організації-інноватора. Отримані у статті наукові результати є певним внеском у теоретико-методологічні засади інноваційного менеджменту організацій. Вони до- повнюють його в частині розроблення рекомендацій щодо обґрунтованого вибору раціональних методів комерціалізації інновацій конкретною організацією-інноватором, яка реалізує обраний на- прям інноваційного розвитку.
The effectiveness of innovation management depends on the efficiency of the method of commercialization of created (implemented) innovations, which must meet the existing external and internal conditions. This involves the systematization of methods of commercialization of innovations, as well as the development of recommendations for their application, which will allow to make a reasonable choice of methods of commercialization of innovations, will increase the efficiency of managing the innovative activity of the organization. The existing developments present different approaches to systematizing innovation commercialization methods based on a limited range of features, moreover, there is no unified classification that would allow a comprehensive analysis of existing approaches and recommendations on their application. This raises the problem of improving existing approaches to the classification of methods of innovations commercialization of organizations actively pursuing innovative activities. The purpose of the article is to perform a generalized classification of methods of commercialization of innovations for further developing recommendations on their choice. The authors present an approach to the classification of methods of commercialization of innovations by innovator organizations, which generalizes and supplements the existing classifications with new features: by stages of innovation and life cycle of commodity innovation; by areas of innovative development and corresponding innovative strategies of the organization. This provides a fundamental opportunity to develop recommendations for the purposeful management of innovative development of the organization in the system: the direction of innovative development, innovative strategy, methods of commercialization of innovations. The new scientific results obtained in the article represent a certain contribution to the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative management of organizations. They complement it with recommendations on the sufficient choice of rational methods of commercialization of innovations by a specific organization that implements the chosen direction of innovative development (according to its potential and external conditions of macro and microenvironment). Further research should be directed to the development and scientific substantiation of methodological bases for the choice of methods of commercialization of innovations of organizations.
