Управління вибором перспективних напрямів використання знань на підприємстві

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано важливість знань на підприємстві як одного з основних чинників економічного зростання. Визначено послідовність та зміст формалізованих процедур управління вибором ефективних напрямів використання актуальних знань на підприємстві, які можуть бути втіленими у продуктові, технологічні, управлінські та інші інновації, що дасть змогу посилити відносні конкурентні переваги підприємства, забезпечить умови його тривалого виживання і розвитку в перманентно мінливих умовах зовнішнього середовища. Розробки авторів формують методичні засади організаційно-економічного механізму цілеспрямованого управління знаннями на підприємствах. Їх практичне впровадження дає змогу обґрунтовано і за формалізованими процедурами вибирати ефективні напрями реалізації інтелектуального капіталу підприємства, визначати раціональні шляхи його посилення.

World experience shows that in our time among the factors of economic growth in the leading positions are the knowledge that are the basis of various types of innovations. Reliance on knowledge enables to form, strengthen and develop comparative competitive advantages of both national economies and individual organizations.For domestic commodity producers, who are looking for ways to strengthen their relative advantages in the national and foreign markets, the problem of obtaining and using new knowledge regarding perspective trends of development is actualized.The article defines the consequence and essence of the formalized procedures to control the selection of the effective directions to use current knowledge at the enterprise, which may be implemented in the productive, technological, managerial and other innovations. It will enable to strengthen the enterprise’s relative competitive advantages, to provide the conditions for its long existence and for development in the permanently changing environment. The table of solutions for the choice of directions of commercialization of knowledge at the enterprise is offered. The block diagram of the algorithm of the choice of knowledge use directions, which is constructed according to the proposed procedures, is developed. The scheme of interaction of knowledge of the enterprise is formed.It is proved that the mechanism of knowledge management should ensure the interaction of subsystems of production (receipt) and use of knowledge both inside the enterprise and beyond.The authors’ investigations form methodic grounds of the organizational and ecological mechanism regarding the focused knowledge management at the enterprises. Their practical implementation enables to select the effective directions for the enterprise’s intellectual capital use, to define rational ways for its strengthening, reasonably and by the formalized procedures.
