Передумови успіху стратегій інноваційного розвитку

Abstract

Визначено основні передумови забезпечення успіху стратегій інноваційного розвитку галузі чи окремого підприємства/установи. Всю сукупність передумов розділено на три групи: передумови, що формуються у міжнародному середовищі; передумови, що формуються на рівні держави; передумови, що формуються на рівні галузі. Запропоновано структурні формули для розрахунку достатності/недостатності передумов кожної з виділених груп, а також для інтегральної оцінки. Визначено порядок їх застосування. Запропоновано таблицю рішень для оцінки перспектив реалізації стратегій інноваційного розвитку галузі виходячи з наявності/відсутності відповідних передумов, а також вибору за результатами оцінки відповідних управлінських дій. Розроблена укрупнена блок-схема алгоритму аналізу достатності передумов для забезпечення успіху стратегій інноваційного розвитку різних типів на рівні окремої організації.

The main prerequisites for ensuring the success of strategies for innovative development of the industry or individual enterprise/institution are defined. The entire set of prerequisites is divided into three groups: preconditions formed in the international environment; preconditions formed at the state level; preconditions formed at the industry level. Structural formulas are proposed to calculate the sufficiency/insufficiency of the prerequisites of each of the selected groups, as well as for the inventory assessment. The procedure for their application is determined. A table of solutions for assessing the prospects for the implementation of strategies for innovative development of the industry is proposed on the basis of the availability/absence of relevant prerequisites, as well as the choice based on the results of the assessment of the relevant management actions. A well-developed flowchart of the algorithm for analyzing the sufficiency of preconditions for ensuring the success of strategies for innovative development of different types at the level of a separate organization.
