Проблеми і перспективи розвитку промисловості України в умовах четвертої промислової революції

Abstract

Окреслено основні технології, що є основою формування концептуальних засад індустрії 4.0. Встановлено рівень їх впровадження на промислових підприємствах України Обґрунтовано високий рівень розвитку вітчизняної галузі ІТ, яка визначає перспективи становлення в Україні індустрії 4.0. Визначено сильні і слабкі сторони ІТ-галузі України, а також ринкові можливості і загрози стосовно розвитку вітчизняної промисловості на базі технологій 4.0. Запропоновано комплекс рекомендації щодо удосконалення існуючих і формування нових механізмів державного регулювання і стимулювання впровадження цифрових технологій на промислових підприємствах України. Отримані результати поглиблюють теоретикометодичні засади управління процесами становлення і розвитку в Україні індустрії 4.0 в частині формування методичних засад визначення пріоритетних напрямів впровадження технологій 4.0 на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах. Подальші дослідження повинні бути спрямованими на накопичення, аналіз і систематизацію фактичних даних, що характеризують готовність промислових виробництв до економічного зростання в умовах четвертої промислової революції.

The aim of the article is to identify, analyze and systematize external opportunities and threats, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the system of digital transformation of domestic industry based on 4.0 technology, which allows to outline existing problems and prospects for its development in the fourth industrial revolution. A systematic critical analysis of scientific literature sources related to solving the problem of forming mechanisms for the introduction of digital technologies in Industry 4.0 in the activities of domestic industrial enterprises. The main technologies that are the basis for the formation of the conceptual foundations of Industry 4.0 are outlined. The level of their implementation at industrial enterprises of Ukraine is established. The high level of development of the domestic IT industry is substantiated, which determines the prospects of formation of industry 4.0 in Ukraine. The strengths and weaknesses of the IT industry of Ukraine, as well as market opportunities and threats to the development of domestic industry based on 4.0 technologies have been identified. A set of recommendations for improving existing and forming new mechanisms of state regulation and stimulating the introduction of digital technologies at industrial enterprises of Ukraine is proposed. The obtained results deepen the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the processes of formation and development of industry 4.0 in Ukraine in terms of forming methodological principles for determining the priority areas of implementation of 4.0 technologies in domestic industrial enterprises. Further research should be aimed at the accumulation, analysis and systematization of factual data characterizing the readiness of industrial production for economic growth in the fourth industrial revolution.
