Інтеграція форсайт-методів у систему економічної оцінки інформаційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах розвитку ринку криптовалют

Abstract

У статті проведено комплексне дослідження теоретико-методичних засад оцінювання інформаційно-інноваційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах динамічного розвитку та високої волатильності криптовалютного ринку. Обгрунтовано, що в умовах блокчейн-економіки інформаційні ресурси та інноваційні процеси набувають ознак складної відкритої системи, здатної до самоорганізації та генерації нелінійних ефектів. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у розробленні авторського методичного підходу, який базується на інтеграції синергетичного аналізу та форсайт-методів. Сформовано механізм сценарного аналізу, який дозволяє адаптувати результати оцінювання потенціалу до ймовірних варіантів розвитку криптовалютного ринку — від сценаріїв жорсткого регуляторного тиску до технологічних проривів у сфері децентралізованих фінансів. Доведено, що використання форсайт-інструментарію дозволяє підприємствам превентивно коригувати структуру своїх ресурсів, забезпечуючи стратегічну стійкість у довгостроковій перспективі.The article presents a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the information and innovation potential of an enterprise under conditions of dynamic development and high volatility of the cryptocurrency market. The relevance of the topic is driven by the objective necessity to transform classical approaches to strategic management under the influence of global digitalization, where traditional methods of analyzing internal resources no longer ensure the required accuracy of forecasts. It is substantiated that within the blockchain economy, information resources and innovation processes acquire the features of a complex open system capable of self-organization and generating nonlinear effects. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of an original methodological approach based on the integration of synergetic analysis and foresight methods. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed model considers potential as a set of five interrelated subsystems: informational, innovative, technological, human resource, and organizational. The key emphasis is placed on the fact that the overall level of potential is determined not by the arithmetic sum of the indicators of these subsystems, but by the quality of their interaction, expressed through coefficients of synergetic influence. This makes it possible to identify the effects of mutual reinforcement or, conversely, systemic imbalance, which is critically important for entities operating with virtual assets. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of strategic foresight methodology within the system of economic evaluation. A scenario analysis mechanism has been developed, enabling the adaptation of potential assessment results to probable trajectories of cryptocurrency market development-from scenarios of strict regulatory pressure to technological breakthroughs in the field of decentralized finance. It is proven that the use of foresight tools allows enterprises to proactively adjust the structure of their resources, ensuring strategic resilience in the long term. The conducted calculations demonstrate that ecosystem (crypto-native) companies achieve a ninefold higher level of synergy compared to traditional organizations due to the automation of trust through smart contracts and instantaneous data exchange.
