Examines the relationship of pedagogy and oratory, in which rhetoric is a means to achieve educational goals, and pedagogy - as a technique of development of oratorical skills. Emphasizes that educational goals are achieved largely thanks to speech skills teacher. In this regard, analyzes the properties and the quality of speech, which should have a teacher. Include tricks, techniques and methods of forming the rhetorical skills that are prerequisite for effective impact on the audience and successful student learning.
