Анотація
В статті доведено, що в рамках векторів розвитку (активний розвиток, антикризова програма, помірний розвиток, "кріогенна програма") доречно визначити сценарії розвитку системи внутрішньофірмового трансферу технологій машинобудівного підприємства на базі факторів, визначених шляхом побудови кореляційно-регресійних моделей. Запропоновано виокремлювати чотири базових сценарії розвитку системи трансферу технологій: "Оптимізація джерел фінансування", "Розвиток інтелектуально-кадрової складової системи трансферу технологій", "Розвиток виробничо-технологічної складової системи трансферу технологій", "Розвиток ринкової складової системи трансферу технологій".
In the article it is proved that in the framework of the vectors (active growth, anti-crisis program, moderate development, "cryogenic"), it is appropriate to define scenarios of development of the system of intra-firm transfer of technology of machine-building enterprise on the basis of the factors identified by constructing regression models. Asked to identify four basic scenarios for the development of the system of technology transfer: "Optimization of sources of financing", "Development of intellectual and human resources component of the system of technolog y transfer, Development of indastrial-technological component of the system of technology transfer, Development of market component of the technology transfer system". Developed three options for implementing optimization models: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. For each one of the developed economic-mathematical mechanism of practical implementation of the enterprise's current organizational and economic conditions correspond to one of the variants of the optimization model. Recommendations on the creation of enterprises coordination of the technology transfer center, which will inherently technological mediation, which is finding partners and integrating their efforts for technology transfer and is an effective modern form of the solution of the existing problems in the market of innovative technologies.
