Abstract

У статті відзначається роль і місце духовності в структурі особистості харизматичного лідера. Духовність розглядається як одна з важливіших детермінантів харизми лідера, необхідних на шляху до самоуктуалізації особистості. Проаналізовані роботи вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, присвячених проблемі. Обгрунтовується необхідність розвитку духовного компоненту.The article notes the role and place of spirituality in the structure of the personality of the charismatic leader. Spirituality is regarded as one of the most important determinants of the charisma of the leader, which is necessary on the way to self-personalization of the individual. The works of domestic and foreign researchers devoted to the problem are analyzed. The need for the development of the spiritual component is justified.
