Анотація
У статті досліджено зміст наукової категорії "ресурсозбереження" та розкрито основні підходи до трактування терміна "ресурсозбереження". Перший підхід заснований на понятті ресурсозбереження як тенденції дбайливого ставлення до природних ресурсів, а другий - на економії будь-яких видів ресурсів. Зроблено висновок, що ресурсозбереження являє собою комплекс технічних, економічних, організаційних заходів, спрямованих на раціональне використання ресурсів та забезпечення зростаючих потреб, що супроводжується впровадженням ресурсозберігаючих технологій та прийняттям ефективних управлінських рішень стосовно них. Ґрунтуючись на тому, що формування принципів ресурсозбереження є вихідним етапом створення базису управлінського процесу, що може забезпечити в достатній мірі загальну ефективність ресурсоспоживання, сформовано авторську систему принципів ресурсозбереження, які включають в тому числі і принципи ощадливого виробництва.
It was determined that the current situation in Ukraine's metallurgical complex determines not only the desirability, but also the need to him saving orientation type of reproduction that requires all efficiency without exception, types of resources: material, energy, technical-technological, financial, information, labor, intellectual. Researched scientific content categories "resource saving" and the basic approaches to the interpretation of the term "resource saving".The first approach is based on the concept of resource-saving trends of the careful attitude to the natural resources, and the second on the economy all kinds of resources.It is concluded that the resource saving represents a complex of technical, economic, organizational measures aimed at the rational use of resources and growing needs, accompanied by the introduction of resource-saving technologies and the adoption of effective management decisions against them.Based on the idea that the formation of the principles of resource saving is the initial step in creating baseline management process that can provide sufficient overall efficiency of resource use, shaped the author's system the principles, which include the principles of resource saving: strategic conditionality, humanism, complexity, integration with other areas of work, the adequacy of information, the lowest cost, availability of priority good working conditions, feasibility, human participation, regularity, measurability of entertainment, openness and dynamism. Justified by the importance of the use of the set of principles of lean manufacturing, including: determining the value of a particular product; determination of flow create value for this product; ensuring continuous (throughout the value stream; extension of the product; the pursuit of excellence.Was concluded that lean manufacturing provides an opportunity to create a system of organization and management of product development, manufacturing operations, relationships with suppliers and customers, in which products are manufactured in strict according to the demands of consumers and with fewer defects.When the costs of labor, capital and time are reduced. Thus, the formation of the concept of resource conservation on the basis of principles played an important role in realizing the overall objective of the development of metallurgical industry-transforming it into a dynamic, high-tech and competitive industry, integrated in the global steel industry in the framework of the international division of labor.
