Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблему, та поняття професійної відповідальності і складові, щодо її розвитку, та критерії оцінювання показників формування професійної відповідальності майбутнього фахівця в сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Також розглянуто особливості діяльності спортивного педагога, та якими рисами повинен бути наділений спортивний педагог. Важливо те, що були проаналізовані загальні підходи для розвитку професійної відповідальності у майбутнього фахівця в сфері фізичної культури і спорту.
The available evidence seems to suggest that a sense of responsibility is one of the most important outcomes of education and socialization of the individual. The process of education is accompanied by many different conditions and restrictions. It is logical to assert that the overall situation in the country and education system affect on the formation of the human sense of responsibility.The purpose of the study is to systematize the components of professional responsibility development in the future experts of physical culture and sport. Coming from delivered purpose the following tasks are solved in the article: 1. Analyse the features of experts of physical culture and sport. 2. Identify the components of professional responsibility in the future experts of physical culture and sport. In the article, it is considered the problem and the concept of professional liability and components for its development, and performance evaluation criteria forming future professional liability specialist in the field of physical culture and sports. To educate future experts in physical culture and sport with the sense of personal responsibility which could become the norm for him, his life and his work, it is necessary that high responsibility was inherent in every professional teacher and educator. It is important that the common approaches for the development of professional responsibility in future expert in the field of physical culture and sport were analyzed in the article. Also in the article, it is presented the basic parameters of evaluation criteria formation of professional responsibility such as cognitive, motivational, practical, emotional and volitional. They allow you to efficiently display quality result and the positive development of responsibility in the future experts of physical culture and sports in which it will be possible to monitor and record the different stages personality changes, timely adjust the content, methods and techniques of the educational process. Therefore, the pedagogy of higher education already has a certain arsenal of methods of formation of future professionals with a sense of responsibility, which is one of the most important socially, and professionally significant features and qualities.
