Анотація
В статті розглянуто проблему працевлаштування сучасного фахівця з психології. Приділено увагу розвитку та формуванню особистісних якостей майбутнього бакалавра з психології у процесі професійної підготовки. Показано, якими особистісними якостями необхідно володіти майбутньому бакалавру з психології. Запропоновано методику визначення особистісних якостей, якими необхідно оволодіти
майбутньому бакалавру з психології у процесі професійної підготовки. З'ясовано сутність та проаналізовано психограму бакалавра з психології.
Problem setting. Today, in today's labor market, there is increased competition and every employer, in order to remain competitive, tries to hire a comprehensively-developed specialist. Specialty "Psychology", requires a specialist of a certain set of knowledge, skills, abilities and abilities that he needs in his professional activity. A modern specialist should be given time not only to improve their skills, but also to develop comprehensively in various other activities. Therefore, graduates of higher education institutions need to have certain personal qualities in their field. In the preparation of future specialists it is necessary to pay attention to the development and formation of personal qualities in the professional training of bachelors in psychology for their further professional development. This necessitates a more detailed consideration of the personal qualities required by the future of psychology in the process of vocational training. Recent research and publications analysis. Lozova's work, which suggested the dynamics of changes in higher education and substantiated the need for updating the content of professional training of practical psychologists, program innovations were found, aimed at providing high qualification and competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The problem of formation of communicative competence of specialists in the process of vocational training, as well as the formation of different skills and abilities of future specialists in higher educational institutions is covered in the works of S. Reznik.Leadership qualities as a prerequisite for effective professional activity are noted in the works of O. Romanovsky, N. Sеredа, L.Terletskaya, N. Fetiskin. However, there is no clear definition of the personal qualities that a future bachelor of psychology needs to possess in order to be a successful and competitive specialist. Considering the researches and publications of scientists in this field, in which the solution of this problem was initiated, a number of important personal qualities were determined, which, firstly, contribute to the professional formation of the future bachelor of psychology, and secondly, develop in the process of vocational training. Isolation of previously unsolved parts of the general problem addressed in this article. The questions of what personal qualities it is necessary for a future bachelor of psychology to form his basic professional competences in the process of vocational training are still unexplored. The pedagogical technology of formation of basic professional competences in the bachelors of psychology in the process of vocational training is not fully defined. The organization of sound personality traits that you need to master in the future of a bachelor of psychology in the course of vocational training will help optimally form the basic professional competencies and could significantly increase the professional competence of a psychology specialist. Also, a specialist in psychology must possess such qualities as patience, perseverance, to have a sense of responsibility for their professional actions, to be able to become a leader. The bachelor's degree in psychology is closely related to people. Due to the fact that the specialist in psychology is constantly in contact with people, he must love to work with them, be generous to them, and possess such qualities as courtesy, tact, diplomacy. In addition, the bachelor of psychology should be sociable, sociable, communicative and polite, and have a sense of empathy. The bachelor's degree in psychology also indicates such personal qualities as conscientiousness, conscientiousness, a sense of obligation and responsibility that the future specialist must master. Two subsystems of personal qualities of the future bachelor of psychology are characterized. It is determined that for successful work in the specialty of psychology the future bachelor needs to remember different information, people who come to him, to be concentrated in work and to be able to quickly switch his attention and the attention of the interlocutor like curiosity, self-criticism, cheerfulness and optimism. To be a comprehensive and intellectually developed person.
