Abstract
В статье рассматриваются вопросы напряженного состояния каната, изогнутого на барабане, в условиях многослойной навивки. Получены уравнения поперечных усилий. Приведены влияния слоев навивки каната, коэффициента трения, количества навиваемых витков на поперечную нагрузку. Для определения усилий в канате, который навивается на барабан, рассматривается система уравнений Кирхгофа с учетом сил трения.
The question of the war stress which is curved on the drum in multi-winding conditions are provided in the article. The transverse forces equations are obtained. The equation of the axial load which depends on the friction coefficient, the radius of the drum and the layers of the rope winding are given here too. The efforts in the rope which are determined by the system of Kirchhoff’s equation with the friction are analyzer. The tension of the rope wound coils by Euler’s equation with the friction coefficient of 0,13 is considered. The diagram of the dependence between the angle of the given element and the force wedging according to Ter-Kasporyanʹs equation is built. The angel of the maximum and minimum force wedging is defined in this diagram. The circumference of the flange, where the wedging takes place, is installed. The characteristics of the wedged force efforts during the formation of the highest layer is given.
