Методика використання інноваційних технологій навчання при підвищенні кваліфікації лікарів

Abstract

Розглянуто питання нормативно-правового забезпечення освітнього процесу в післядипломній освіті лікарів, доведено необхідність її модернізації за рахунок впровадження інноваційних технологій навчання. Експериментально підтверджено ефективність безперервного професійного розвитку лікарів завдяки використанню методів кейсів, тренінгів та портфоліо. Зазначено перспективи щодо вдосконалення якості в системі післядипломної освіти лікарів за рахунок впровадження технологій та методик інноваційного навчання.Тhe issues of regulatory and legal support of the educational process in the postgraduate education of doctors are considered, the need for its modernization through the introduction of innovative teaching technologies is proved. The effectiveness of the continuous professional development of doctors has been experimentally confirmed through the use of case studies, trainings and portfolio methods. The prospects for improving the quality in the system of postgraduate education of doctors through the introdu ction of technologies and methods of innovative teaching are indicated.
