Abstract

In the article based on the study of scientific literature, world leaders practical experience in the field of teambuilding and modern vision of managerial and production, commercial and educational organization activity, it was revealed the urgency and need for the implementation of command management, business process democratization, corporate thinking dominance. Based on the fact that in the modern world the team building activities based on physical, intellectual and playful activities became a popular and effective tool for creating a team, the role of gaming methods was revealed in the process of building a team. Thanks to these methods, companies members realize their potential in many directions, try and analyze various forms of social and professional activity in a secure atmosphere and excitement which makes gaming methods more and more popular in corporate training and development of company personnel.
