Abstract

The process of obvious changes that are taking place at the beginning of the XXI century in the economic, political, spiritual, and educational spheres acutely poses a responsible task to the teams of higher educational institutions - the need not only to carry out professional training, but also to educate competent, spiritually enriched, nationally conscious specialists, the level knowledge that would meet the growing demands of society. The training of a highly qualified specialist capable of making independent decisions within the framework of professional competence is the main task of every teacher.
