Проблеми підприємницької діяльності в Україні

Abstract

У доповіді розглянуто сучасний стан підприємницької діяльності в Україні та окреслено основні проблеми, що стримують її розвиток. Зазначено, що нестабільність законодавчої та нормативної бази створює невизначеність для бізнесу та знижує інвестиційну привабливість країни. Висвітлено негативний вплив адміністративних бар’єрів і бюрократії, які ускладнюють започаткування та ведення підприємницької діяльності. Окрему увагу приділено проблемам корупції та тіньової економіки, які деформують ринкові відносини та підривають принципи чесної конкуренції.The report examines the current state of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine and outlines the main problems hindering its development. It is noted that instability in the legislative and regulatory framework creates uncertainty for businesses and reduces the country’s investment attractiveness. The negative impact of administrative barriers and bureaucracy, which complicate the initiation and conduct of entrepreneurial activity, is highlighted. Special attention is given to issues of corruption and the shadow economy, which distort market relations and undermine the principles of fair competition.
