Етапи та методика проведення педагогічного експерименту з метою формування лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів

Abstract

The paper comprises a review of published works about pedagogical research methods. The classifications of research methods provided by foreign and domestic scientists are described. Stages and procedures of pedagogical experiment are examined. The methods of carrying out experiments to show the possibilities of applying psychoeducational knowledge for teaching psychology in order to form leadership qualities of prospective managers are analyzed. In the conditions of educational reformation in the country we focused mainly on the psychological-pedagogical preparation of future managers. We discovered that the necessary results of teaching and educational process can be obtained due to the involvement of active factors such as pedagogical conditions suggest.
