Abstract
В статье рассматривается действующая процедура описания и анализа результатов контроля качества продукции и результативности системы качества. Описаны процессы управления, направленные на улучшение качества продукции и повышения результативности системы качества.
The article discusses current arrangements for the description and analysis of quality control and effectiveness of the quality system. We describe the management processes to improve product quality and increase the effectiveness of the quality system.
