Abstract
В статье описан разработанный метод определения открытой пористости, кажущейся плотности, эффективного порового объема и удельной поверхности жмыха масличных культур, позволяющих оценивать процесс экстракции.
The worked out method of open porosity’s definition, apparent density, effective pore volume and specific surface of oil crop’s oilcake, which allow evaluate the extraction process, are described in the article.
