Abstract
Досліджено електричне поле матеріального середовища, показано, що діелектрична проникність речовинного середовища є її питомою ємністю, встановлен функціональний зв'язок між питомою провідністю речовинного середовища і її діелектричною проникністю.
The stationary electric field of material environment is explored, it is shown, that dielectric permeability of material environment is its specific capacity, functional communication between permittivity of material environment and its dielectric permeability is set.
