Abstract

The article analyses the experience of developed pedagogical technique implementation at the higher educational establishment, which presupposes phase-by-phase (semantic, informational-oriented, and analytical-actional phases) formation of the structural components of athletes' readiness to the professional self-determination after the sports career that allows to confirm its implementation expediency as to the athletes' training process.
