Передумови розвитку ЗВО України в умовах війни і повоєнного відновлення

Abstract

Окреслено коло зовнішніх і внутрішніх передумов виживання і розвитку ЗВО України в умовах війни і повоєнного відновлення. Виконана якісна оцінка впливу виділених передумов, зазначено напрями підвищення їх рівня, серед яких одне з чільних місць займає цифрова трансформація різних аспектів науково-освітньої діяльності ЗВО.The range of external and internal prerequisites for the survival and development of higher education institutions in Ukraine in the conditions of war and post-war recovery is outlined. A qualitative assessment of the impact of the selected prerequisites has been carried out, the directions for increasing their level have been indicated, among which one of the leading places is occupied by the digital transformation of various aspects of the scientific and educational activities of higher education institutions.
