Abstract
The article considers the concept of young teachers’ professional responsibility. Different approaches to the definition of “responsibility” are investigated. The psychological factors that negatively affect professional responsibility are analyzed. The definition of a psychologically healthy responsibility of the personality of a young
teacher is proposed.
