Роль інформаційно-комунікативних технологій у формуванні політичної «культури участі» в Україні

Abstract

The political realities of modern Ukraine demonstrate the presence of a wide range of problems related to both the government and society [10]. The traditional political apathy and laissez-faire principle that dominated public opinion during the Soviet period are infinitely outdated and do not meet the modern needs of a developed society. Today, more and more often there is a need for specific theoretical and – more importantly-practical measures aimed at the radical transformation of the political system of society, which are designed to improve the interaction between the government and society, optimizing management processes.
