Перспективи і проблеми інноваційного розвитку в умовах четвертої промислової революції

Abstract

Досліджено, узагальнено і систематизовано впливи технологій І4.0 на розвиток промислової сфери, сфери забезпечення людської життєдіяльності, сфери державного управління. Систематизація у межах кожної з зазначених сфер виконана за показниками: технологія І4.0; інновації, що створені на її основі; сутність позитивного і негативного впливів. Удосконалено схему еволюції I-IV промислових революцій та їх впливу на різні сфери життєдіяльності суспільства, зокрема, шляхом розширення системи оціночних показників цих революцій. Дістало подальшого розвитку визначення місця і ролі знань у формуванні стратегій інноваційного розвитку в умовах І4.0. Уточнено види знань необхідних для розроблення цих стратегій, а також джерела і методи їх отримання. Виконано SWOT-аналіз перспектив і проблем інноваційного розвитку України в умовах І4.0. За його результатами сформовано комплекс рекомендацій щодо формування передумов інноваційного розвитку у руслі І4.0 на державному рівні.

The influences of technologies I4.0 on the development of industrial sphere, sphere of ensuring human activity, sphere of public administration were investigated, generalized and systematized. Systematization within each of these areas is carried out according to the indicators: technology I4.0; innovations based on it; positive and negative impacts. Improved the scheme of evolution of I-IV industrial revolutions and their impact on various spheres of life of society, in particular, by expanding the system of evaluation indicators of these revolutions. Further development of the definition of the place and role of knowledge in the formation of innovative development strategies in the conditions of I4.0. The types of knowledge necessary for the development of these strategies, as well as the sources and methods of their receipt, have been clarified. SWOT-analysis of prospects and problems of innovative development of Ukraine in conditions I4.0 was performed. According to its results, a set of recommendations for the formation of prerequisites for innovative development in the I4.0 riverbed at the state level was formed.
