Аналіз світового та національного ринку маскувальних матеріалів та перспективи розробки вітчизняних технологій

Abstract

У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз світового та національного ринку маскувальних матеріалів у контексті трансформації сучасних військових конфліктів, розвитку багатоспектральних засобів спостереження та зростання вимог до зниження помітності військових об’єктів. Обґрунтовано, що поширення безпілотних систем, тепловізійних технологій, радіолокаційного контролю та цифровізації поля бою суттєво знижує ефективність традиційних камуфляжних рішень, орієнтованих лише на візуальне маскування. У зв’язку з цим сучасні маскувальні матеріали еволюціонують у напрямі інтегрованих систем управління сигнатурами, здатних забезпечувати зниження видимості об’єктів у видимому, інфрачервоному та радіолокаційному діапазонах. Встановлено, що світовий ринок маскувальних матеріалів демонструє стійку тенденцію до зростання. Визначено структурні особливості ринку, зокрема домінування текстильних композитів як базової матеріальної платформи сучасних маскувальних рішень, провідну роль військово-оборонного сектору у формуванні попиту, а також зростання значення багатофункціональних матеріалів із регульованими оптичними та тепловими характеристиками. Проаналізовано ключові технологічні тенденції розвитку галузі, серед яких перехід до багатоспектрального управління сигнатурами, інтеграція захисних і адаптивних властивостей, розвиток «розумних» матеріалів із керованими характеристиками, поширення багатошарових композитних структур та зростання попиту на мобільні маскувальні системи. Встановлено, що маскувальні матеріали дедалі ширше застосовуються не лише у військовій сфері, а й у цивільних галузях, включаючи транспорт, архітектуру, outdoor-індустрію та енергоефективні рішення. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу ринку маскувальних матеріалів в Україні, розвиток якого відбувається під впливом безпекових викликів і практичного досвіду сучасної війни. Показано, що зростає попит на мультиспектральні рішення для маскування особового складу, техніки, безпілотних платформ та інфраструктури. Обґрунтовано стратегічну важливість створення вітчизняних технологій виготовлення багатофункціональних мультиспектральних маскувальних матеріалів, що сприятиме підвищенню обороноздатності держави, розвитку національної матеріалознавчої бази та зниженню залежності від імпортних технологій.

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the global and national market of camouflage materials in the context of the transformation of modern military conflicts, the development of multispectral surveillance technologies, and increasing requirements for reducing the detectability of military objects. It is substantiated that the proliferation of unmanned systems, thermal imaging technologies, radar monitoring, and the digitalization of the battlefield significantly reduces the effectiveness of traditional camouflage solutions focused solely on visual concealment. In this regard, modern camouflage materials are evolving toward integrated signature management systems capable of reducing object visibility in the visible, infrared, and radar ranges. It has been established that the global camouflage materials market demonstrates a steady growth trend. The structural features of the market are identified, including the dominance of textile composites as the basic material platform of modern camouflage solutions, the leading role of the defense sector in shaping demand, and the increasing importance of multifunctional materials with controlled optical and thermal characteristics. Key technological trends in the industry are analyzed, including the transition to multispectral signature management, the integration of protective and adaptive properties, the development of smart materials with controllable characteristics, the spread of multilayer composite structures, and the growing demand for mobile camouflage systems. It is determined that camouflage materials are increasingly used not only in the military sphere but also in civilian industries, including transportation, architecture, the outdoor industry, and energy-efficient solutions. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the camouflage materials market in Ukraine, whose development is influenced by security challenges and the practical experience of modern warfare. It is shown that demand for multispectral solutions for masking personnel, equipment, unmanned platforms, and infrastructure is increasing. The strategic importance of developing domestic technologies for manufacturing multifunctional multispectral camouflage materials is substantiated, as this will contribute to strengthening national defense capability, developing the national materials science base, and reducing dependence on imported technologies.
