Анотація
Раскрывается содержание системы CRM (Customer Relationship Management – системы управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами) и выявляются её цели. Анализируется применение модели SaaS (Softwareas a Service – программное обеспечение как услуга) в целях автоматизации маркетинга. Рассматриваются достоинства и критика SaaS-модели в действии. Сделаны выводы о перспективах внедрения данной системы в бизнес и перспективах её развития.
There has been disclosed the maintenance of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and its purposes have been identified. The peculiar properties of CRM-system andthe growth rate of this segmenthave been shown. Applying of the model SaaS (Software as a Service) for marketing automation has been analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of SaaS-model at work have been examined.The criticism of this model by Richard Stallman has been considered. Presentations to the security level of SaaS and using of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for protecting information have been reviewed. The conclusions aboutthe perspectives for system implementation in the business and perspectives of its development have been made.
