Abstract

Position I. A. Zyazyun’s as an educator, philosopher, organizer of education in the context of humanistic-oriented research and teaching in the formation of the consciousness of future technical university graduates - the creative elite of the new formation are disclosed in article. The new pedagogical thinking in professional preparation for their future professional activity is essence. I. A. Zyazyun’s pedagogical views on the personality of the teacher and the student in the educational process are disclosed. The article focuses on the transformation of higher technical education in the late twentieth century - the beginning of XXI century and the organizational and pedagogical innovations in NTU "KPI" since 2000 are describes. Strategic directions of development of the University in the field of education until 2025 are define.
