Abstract
Being based on results of the analysis of information on the main standards of quality of oil and fat products which are approved in Europe in article indicators of safety of domestic vegetable oils, their compliance to the European requirements are considered and methods of improvement of the existing standards of Ukraine in this branch are offered.
