Одна з найшкідливіших традицій, яка все ще продовжує житиу вузах, – стереотип поелементного мислення. Цей стереотип полягає в тому, що викладач (і навіть кафедра в цілому) вважає тільки “свою” дисципліну головною, не звертаючи уваги на її місце в системі підготовки інженера даної спеціальності. А так не має бути, бо треба дбати про колективну працю на кінцевий результат – виховання та підготовку інженера ХХІ століття.One of the most harmful traditions, which still continues to live in the higher educational institutions, - the stereotype of an element-centric thinking. This stereotype consists in the fact that the teacher (and even the department as a whole) considers only the "own" the discipline of the main, not paying attention to her place in the system of training of the engineer of this specialty.
