Abstract

The scientific report proves that the development of international business structures through mergers and acquisitions is a powerful mechanism for expanding companies and increasing their competitiveness. Thanks to such operations, businesses get the opportunity to quickly enter new markets, receive innovative technologies and increase economic potential. However, the success of M&A depends on competent strategic planning, effective integration of companies and taking into account risks, related to cultural and regulatory features.
