Abstract

The article is devoted to the complex motivational system, that acts in university pe­dagogical education, which suffered the radical changes under the influence of globalizational factors and has been specifically reformed. It was paid a special attention to hermeneutic and ethic aspect of motivational culture problem in the context of university pedagogical education.
