Ноу-хау: поняття, методи захисту та роль в управлінні підприємством

Abstract

Розглянуто різні визначення поняття "ноу-хау", проведено історичний аналіз щодо використання цього терміну та встановлена його роль в управлінській діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано види та призначення "ноу-хау" для здійснення бізнесу промисловими підприємствами. Охарактеризовано сучасні юридичні особливості використання "ноу-хау", а також методи його захисту. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення адміністративно-правових та організаційно-економічних умов управління інтелектуальною власністю підприємств з метою підвищення ефективності їх інноваційної діяльності.

Different definitions of "know-how" are considered, a historical analysis is conducted on the use of this term and its role in the management of the enterprise is established. The types and purpose of "know-how" for realization of business by industrial enterprises are analyzed, in particular know-how of management character, which characterizes the most effective organizational structures and methods of management, are analyzed. The modern legal features of know-how use as well as methods of its protection are described. The ways of improvement of administrative-legal and organizational-economic conditions of management of intellectual property of enterprises are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of innovation activity of industrial enterprises.
