Abstract

In the context of the innovative nature of world development, the role of higher education is significantly increasing. Accelerating scientific, technical and social progress and shortening the cycle of its transformation into technology complicates its tasks and increases responsibility for the quality of specialist training. The determining factor of this quality is the professionalism and high culture of the teacher. The value of pedagogical culture is determined by its influence on students, on society, on the educational system itself and on the personality of the teacher. The value of the teacher’s culture is determined by the humanistic orientation, clear objectives and effectiveness of the impact. For the teacher, the value of professional activity and its culture consists in constant communication with youth and in the opportunity to directly get acquainted with its goals and aspirations, tastes and ideals. The most important value of pedagogical culture is its influence on the selection and implementation of an effective strategy for the socio-economic development of the country.
