Abstract

У статті розкрито, що професійна педагогіка вивчає проблеми теорії і практики професійної освіти i навчання, взаємозв'язок мiж цими категорiями на рiзних етапах професійного розвитку особистостi працівника. 0бгрунтовано положення що-до психолого-педагогiчних аспектiв прогнозування потреб ринку праці у квалiфiкованих робітниках на загальнодержавних і регіональних рiвнях.The article revealed that the professional pedagogy studies problems of the theory and practice of vocational education and training, the relationship between these categories at different stages of professional development of the individual employee.
