Abstract
The report determined. that scientific research in economics can be carried out in various forms depending on the purpose, object of research, methodology and scope of research. The forms of scientific research proposed by the authors can interact and be used together to obtain a comprehensive understanding of economic processes and solve important problems and tasks in the field of economics.
