Від 26 листопада 2021 року кафедра має назву – "Комп’ютерна інженерія та програмування"; попередні назви – “Обчислювальна техніка та програмування”, “Електронні обчислювальні машини”, первісна назва – кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої”.
Кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої” заснована 1 вересня 1961 року. Організатором та її першим завідувачем був професор Віктор Георгійович Васильєв.
Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту комп'ютерних наук та інформаційних технологій Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут". Перший випуск – 24 інженери, підготовлених кафедрою, відбувся в 1964 році. З тих пір кафедрою підготовлено понад 4 тисячі фахівців, зокрема близько 500 для 50 країн світу.
У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють: 11 докторів технічних наук, 21 кандидат технічних наук, 1 – економічних, 1 – фізико-математичних, 1 – педагогічних, 1 доктор філософії; 9 співробітників мають звання професора, 14 – доцента, 2 – старшого наукового співробітника.

The goal of the study is to development of a methodology for estimating the consumption of a motor resource of a 5TDF engine under different operating modes of the machine. The tasks to be solved are: based on the analysis of data on the operating modes of the 5TDF engine, to determine a set of parameters that give empirical and analytical estimates of the consumption of the motor resource of the machine; to request analytical estimates of the consumption of the 5TDF engine motor resource in terms of the number of years' service in different machine operating modes; to propose a mechanism for the processing of numerical values, depending on the results of the statistical processing of these machine operation data. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The tasks to be solved are: on the basis of the lead–acid batteries operation experience to define a set of diagnostic parameters on which it is possible to draw a conclusion about the technical state of a battery and change of its electric, operational and design properties; to determine the correlations between the properties of the battery and make their assessment based on the established criteria; to build a diagnostic graph–model of causal relationships of a battery’s parameters in the form of a correlation galaxy; to justify the lead–acid batteries carrier and management minimum diagnosis which can be carried out during their life cycle management та status control under the lack of time. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The following results were obtained: The set of diagnostic parameters to assess the battery technical state was determinated. Statistical data processing using the mathematical apparatus of correlation analysis was done. The diagnostic graph model of a lead–acid battery in the form of a correlation galaxy was constructed. The lead–acid batteries carrier and management minimum diagnosis during the life cycle was determined. Conclusions. Analysis of the experience of the lead–acid batteries operation determines a set of diagnostic parameters, which can be used to draw a conclusion about the technical state of a battery and change of its electric,operational and design properties. As generalized diagnostic parameters of the battery technical state can be considered the State of Health and the State of charge. Statistical data processing using the mathematical apparatus of correlation analysis allows to determine the causal and dependencies between the battery’s parameters and make their assessment based on the established criteria. Presentation of generalized results in the form of a correlation galaxy makes it possible to build a diagnostic graph–model of battery in the form of a correlation galaxy. Control of the SoC and SoH of the lead–acid battery will ensure the monitoring of the remaining charge, as well as the issuance of a warning about the need to replace the battery. The goal of the study is investigation of the correlation effects between operational - tactical and military-geographical factors of the combat area on the functioning of the armored weapons and military equipment recovery system. The tasks to be solved are: to analyze the influences of the factors of the combat area on the functioning of the system of restoration of armored weapons and military equipment during the performance of the Armed Forces missions by purpose; form formalsets of conditions and factors and elements and functional links of the system of armored weapons recovery and military equipment subject to their influence; calculate the factor loadings of each factor and construct correlation Pleiades of influence. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The method of hierarchy analysis, mathematical apparatus of probability theory and multidimensional statistical analysis were used. The following results are obtained. Operational-tactical and military-geographical factors of the area of operations and elements the functional relationships between the recovery system of armored weapons and military equipment are formally represented as sets of random variables, and the significance of each factor is expressed by the numerical value of the factor load. Based on the results of correlation and factor analysis, correlation Pleiades are constructed, which provide tools for algorithmic accounting of the essence and qualitative characteristics of the influence of factors in managing the renewal of armored weapons and military equipment. Conclusions. Operational-tactical and military-geographical factors for any region have an impact on the functioning of the system for restoring armored weapons and military equipment, different both in terms of semantic loads and the results of actions on individual elements of the system. Based on the results of factor analysis, the significance of the influence of each factor can be expressed asa numerical value of the factor load. The influence of both military-geographical and operational-tactical factors of the combat area and the quality of functioning of elements of the recovery system of armored weapons and military equipment correlate with each other. Correlation Pleiades of influence of military-geographical and operational-tactical factors of the combat area provide tools for managing the renewal of armored weapons and military equipment.Документ The dynamic analysis of the state defense forces group logistics support system using of the queuing model(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Sydorenko, Yevhen; Makogon, Helen; Isakov, Oleksandr; Korda, Mykyta; Mosiychuk, Mykhaylo; Klimov, AlexejA model of queuing is proposed to describe the logistics support process for the state defense forces group. In the model, the transitions of the sample of weapons from one state to another are carried out with intensities, μ or λ dependіs on the influence of the external environment and management. Within the framework of the proposed model, a differential equations system is obtaineddescribes the average numbers of weapons samplesin different states during their operation in the army. The tasks to be solved are: to formulate the task of determining the irreducible (reserve) of logistics supply stock size, to providethat the maximum possible value of its probability exhaustion within a certain period will not exceed the limiting value in terms of Wilson economic and mathematical model; by statistical processing of the state defence forces actions observation performingtheir assigned tasks to present the task of determining the optimal non-reducing stock by type of logistics cost without to reducing the level of reliability as a task to test multi-alternative statistical hypotheses; on the basis of solving the problemof continuous linear programming to determine the optimal non-reducible stock according to the nature of expenditures in order to improve the logistics supply management of the state defence forces. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The following resultswere obtained: Loses of the logistics supply stocks the defensestate forces performing their assigned tasks within a certain period of time as a normally distributed random variable with a mathematical expectation and standard deviation calculated from the results of statistical data processing. The problem of determining the optimal irreducible stock by types of loses of the logistics supplywithout reducing the level of reliability is formulated as a problem ofmulti-alternative statistical hypotheses testing and solved as a problem of continuous linear programming. Conclusions. It was determinedthe size of the non-reducing (reserve) stock of logistics supply of state defense units when performing their assigned tasks, provided that the maximum possible value of the probability of its exhaustion during a certain period does not exceed the limit value should be formulated in terms of Wilson economic-mathematical model. The assumption that the expenditure of the logistics supply stocks means when performing the assigned tasks by the state defense forces is a random variable subject to the normal distribution law make it possible to use the well-known theory of probability apparatus and many-alternative statistical hypotheses testing and make calculations based on the existing statistical sampling data. The goal of the study is to create a decision support system for the recovery of armored weapons and equipment under the interactive analysis of temporal and spatial indicators of warfare based on the use of “electronic cloud " technology. The tasks to be solved are: to formulate tasks effectiveness will increase in the decision support system; to develope structural and functional-logical scheme of the system, the list of external, calculation and control modules; to determinate the volume and format of input and output information for each structural unit and information buses of the system; to define the format of protocols for information exchange, the content of “survey ” cards. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the existing of armored weapons and military equipment recovery system, the main conditions and factors affect its functioning in modern armed conflicts were determined. The following results are obtained. The synthesis of the structural and logical scheme of the decision support system “virtual headquarters” in the form of software with modular architecture was carried out. Conclusions. Today, not only the process of positioning forces and means of technical support and their rational placement relative to military units, but also rapid response to changes in the technical situation is complicated. Improving the quality of the of weapons and military equipment recovery system is possible by creating a decision support system "Virtual headquarters". The main idea of creating the system is the processing of incoming and outgoing information in interactive mode, operational and optimal management of information flows and visualization of the solution for the recovery of weapons and military equipment. The proposed modular system architecture provides a list of external, design and management modules; the scope and format ofinput and output information for every business unit and information system buses. The goal of the study is to develop, a methodology for estimating the residual life-span of the batteries to make recommendations on the extension of their service life on the basis of an analysis of the conditions of use of the batteries. The tasks to be solved are: to analyze the influence of starter battery conditions on their performance and service life; to analyze the existing methods of determining the residual life of the batteries; to study the dependences of the deviation of the impedance fromthe standard value for the batteries at different moments of their normal life and to develop a method for predicting the residual life of the rechargeable batteries (RB). Generalscientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The following results are obtained. On the basis of the readings of the ammeter and voltmeter when switching on the battariesin the circuit at different load values and according to the data obtained during the control-training cycle (CTC), the dependence of the impedance deviation from the base value at different regular battery life was investigated. According to the proposed method, it is easy to determine in which batteries the degradation has just begun and in which they have reached the level when they need tobe replaced without waiting for a fatal failure, by obtaining a minimum number of values of the electric parameters of the battery and comparing the data obtained at different times. Proper selection of chargers, skilled operation and timely monitoring of battary'sresidual life are the most important requirements for their operation. In full-time batteries, the internal resistance begins to increase over time due to natural wear and tear. Significant deviation from the norm in the smaller side indicates aclear malfunction sucha battery must be replaced regardless of its useful life. When the deviation from the baseline exceeds 25%, itis time to replace the battery. The conducted studies revealed nonlinear relationships between the battery life and its predicted residual life. Conclusions. Ensuring that the equipment is ready for use depends largely on the state of the RB. The greatest impact on the performance and life of the batteries is due to the temperature conditions, the degree of sparseness of thebatteries on the machine and the level of charging voltages on the network. In the actual operating conditions of the RB, there is a need to assess their technical condition, disassemble them for t oubleshooting, maintain their availability and extend their service life. RB degradation is reflected in the internal support of the battery cells. Determining the internal resistance of the RB is based on the Ohm dependencies of the complete circle and reduces to a system of two equations. RB life can be considered one of its most important performance characteristics. The relationship between battery life and itsestimated residual service life is nonlinear. Proper selection of chargers, skilled operation and timely monitoring of RB's residual life are the mostimportant requirements for their operation.
