Abstract

In the article are described the aspects of the communication, the technology of the conducting negotiations, the main types of the planification, the nature of conflict,the analyse of the weak and strong aspects of the negotiations, the mark of the aims and problems, the definitions in the terminology of negotiation and the classification of the prioritets.
